(A 5 minute bike ride to the village centre). The estate is set in 4 hectares of landscaped gardens,
including; the main house, the converted stables and the pool complex and is the ideal holiday rental near Bordeaux from
where you can explore the region. This charming rental, close to the vineyards,
newly renovated, with spacious accommodation, retains many of the original features including open stone work,
exposed beams and and original stone fireplaces.
The main house:
On the ground floor you will find a large drawing room with open fireplace, Sky TV, oak table, leather sofas and comfortable chairs. A kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave and coffee machine. Dinning room with lots of room for those evenings.
1st floor, 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which are light, airy and spacious and 2 smaller children's rooms
Converted attic; with a conference room, children's room (including bunk beds for upto 8 children), study, nannys room and sauna.
The stables:
Ground floor; american kitchen integrated in the salle de sejour that is fully equipped
with a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave and coffee machine. 2 large bedrooms with ensuite
bathrooms all with beautiful views over the gardens.
The 1st floor, is taken up by a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The locked equipment stores, washing machine, bikes, house help, orchard, river, covered parking.. the list is endless....
Facilities in the pool area include heated pool, a barbeque together with extensive patios (well stocked with garden furniture)
