The Bowling Bar, Morzine
The Bowling Bar can be found on the Route de Pleney. Head up the hill towards the Pleney cable car. On your right hand side you will see the overhead signs. Down the stairs to the bottom, turn left, you're in.
The Bowling is the biggest bar in Morzine, with two bars, live DJ, a 3 lane bowling alley, pool tables and numerous games from Saga Rally to Chess. The bowling alley is one of the oldest in France dating from the 1970's, open also during the afternoon on bad weather days.
The two bars are different in style, the "back
bar" a favourite with the international customers, while
the "front bar" gives off a more French feel. The
music is controlled by DJ Luigi with regular "guest appearances"
from local DJ's. Most weeks through the winter season there
are theme nights sponsored by your favourite brewery.
