A Gite in the High Atlas

Guides to MoroccoWell attached to the side of the valley, this Berber Auberge is situated at the entrance of Aremd.

The Gite seems to block the road as you make your way up the twisting track between Imlil and Aremd. The views up and down the valley are breath taking.

Add the clean pure air and a smiling owner, you have found yourself a place to stay.

Guides to Morocco

Haj, boss of the Cafe and Auberge. The Cafe has 4 bedrooms downstairs and 6 up stairs rooms. There are 2 showers for the 40 people, so get up early.. (The bottom floor is having new showers and new bedrooms being built to end the shower problem).

Next door you will find a small extension of the Amazoze Brother's bazaar from the village of Imlil. Here you can pick up your carpets and other locally made products from Mohammed or Haj.
