A Gite in the High Atlas

The Gite Imlil is found on the way out of the village of Imlil on the piste to Ouaneskra.
The traditional Berber culture can be found between the four walls. The family are fantastic and take great care
that you are enjoying your stay, here you will find true Berber hospitality at its best.
The gite is clean and serves a great pot of tea with freshly baked bread through out the day.
The inside of the gite is designed in the local style with clean room and lots of relaxing corners where you can chill
out after a few days on the mountain.
Day to day

The boss is a close friend of Hamish Brown ( writer of may "planet guides") and can tell you a few stories
about the old days before the village was a popular trekking destination.
So take some time off, get your boots on
and let the Altas Mountains be your next trek.
