The village of Saint-Antoine-de-Breuilh is found 5km west of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande and 30 km to the east of Saint-Émilion in the Dordogne valley.

The village is overlapped by the D936 (the main road running along the river from Bordeaux to Bergerac en Dordogne) but luckly the village it's self has been saved by the bypass that runs from Saint-Antoine-de-Breuilh to the eastern side of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande.
